Timber
A trusted construction method that has helped thousands of Australians travel with confidence. Timber remains the sharpest entry point of the three and gives you excellent layout and styling flexibility.

RE.Lite
A European-engineered PET composite frame using recycled material. Designed to be lightweight, strong and highly resistant to water, rot and mould, while still allowing a broad colour and decal range.
- 100% recycled PET foam — waterproof, rot-proof, mould-proof
- Alucobond side walls in full colour range; front, roof & rear wall in white as standard*
- Optional timber front, roof & rear for a full single-colour scheme
Sandwich Panel
A premium composite construction method using insulated panel technology for travellers who want strength, comfort and thermal performance. With fewer joins and a one-piece roof design, it is built for confident long-distance touring.
- One-piece fibreglass roof — fewer joins, fewer leaks
- High-R insulation — cooler in summer, warmer in winter
- Fibreglass-lined interior walls and ceiling
*RE.Lite side walls are available in the full external colour range. Front, roof and rear walls are white as standard due to sandwich panel construction. Timber front, roof and rear wall option available for full single-colour scheme — terms and conditions apply.

- One-piece fibreglass roof (bank ends required in furniture)
- Alucobond side walls in full colour range; front, roof and rear wall in white as standard*
- Optional timber front, roof and rear wall for a full single-colour scheme
- CNC-routed wiring channels — clean, safe, no shearing
- Layout tweaks still possible if needed
Sandwich Panel
Ideal for customers wanting premium insulation, fewer joins, strong thermal comfort and a clean composite finish.- One-piece composite roof — furniture built with bank ends to carry load
- OHCs sit square with benchtops — no waterfall benchtops
- White external walls with new thick-band decals
- Fibreglass-lined internal walls and ceiling
